NTT: Thanks for the new link, although the clue itself isn't much help to me with either link because I thought Pelleas und Melisande was composed by Debussy, not Schoenberg.
The snippet is scored translucently - I hear harp, strings, clarinets, flutes so far. I'll guess that the piece is French Impressionism, and either a chamber or small orchestral work with prominent harp moments or maybe even a harp concerto. Maybe early 1900's? I'll throw Ravel, Debussy, and Poulenc into the hat. The last few seconds of soft texturally rhythmic woodwinds sounds like a duplet followed by triplets. Very reminiscent of moments in Ravel’s Daphnis & Chloe as well as in Debussy's Afternoon of a Faun (but not either of those pieces).
Apologies also for the wrong NTT: Use this link to hear the correct excerpt.

Tone Prose is a shambolic mess this week! But the good news is that I (Will) do recognize this NTT
Sorry for the late posting today — I (Will) mixed up AM and PM on the Substack app!
NTT: Sounds Impressionistic, so I'll throw in Ravel and Debussy, as well as Delius for good measure.
