NTT: There are some aspects of the melodic contour and orchestration that make me think of Britten, who I know wrote music for a handful of films/documentaries. In a similar vein, I’ll also put Walton in my bucket.

Doesn’t sound quite “romantic” enough to my ear to be Korngold, so I’m going to go with Rózsa.

NTT: To throw out an alternate hollywood composer to those mentioned (which i think are good guesses)…..Elmer Bernstein

I am definitely getting some Golden Age of Hollywood vibes -- although, as Will points out, the sound quality sounds fairly modern. With that, I am going to say Korngold, mostly because he is the only movie composer of that vintage that I can name.

NTT: hmm this is a bit of a tricky one, because musically it sounds like a score from the silver screen, but recording quality-wise it sounds like something of much more recent vintage.

This could mean a couple different things. Perhaps it’s the work of a modern composer who writes in an anachronistic style. John Williams comes immediately to mind.

This could also be a modern recording of a classic score. With that in mind, I’m going to guess Korngold and Miklos Rosza.
